NaroIX always strives to provide all indices to the full satisfaction of all stakeholders (e.g. employees, managers, external service providers, customers and investors) and to ensure that our business activities are in line with applicable law and ethical standards.Based on this and in particular on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 (“Benchmark Regulation”) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 on benchmarks and indices, NaroIX has developed a set of policies. All policies for the indices currently offered by NaroIX are provided below.The NaroIX policies are regularly reviewed by the Compliance Lead or Head of Indexing and updated taking into account applicable regulations and laws. Please note that the below documents enter into force upon registration of NaroIX as index administrator pursuant to Art 34 of the Benchmarks Regulation.
